Privacy policy
SHINKWANG PLATECH (“the Company”) maintains this privacy policy under the Korean Personal Information Protection Act to protect your personal information and handle related concerns promptly.The Korean version prevails in case of any difference.
1. Purpose of processing
We process personal information only for the purposes below and will ask for consent before using it for any other purpose.
- Receiving and answering quote requests and inquiries
- Sending quotes and documents, and related contact
- Keeping an inquiry history and preventing spam and abuse
2. Personal information collected

3. Retention period
Inquiry contents and attachments are not stored on the website; they are only sent to our email address (30@skpc.co.kr), where they are kept for three years from the date of the inquiry and then deleted without delay.
The website keeps only a send log (reference number, time, inquiry type and the hashed IP value), which is deleted automatically after three years.
Where another law requires retention, it is kept for the period that law specifies.
4. Provision to third parties
We do not provide personal information to third parties, except with your separate consent or where the law specifically requires it.
5. Outsourcing and overseas transfer
To handle inquiries, we outsource processing as follows.

6. Destruction
Personal information is destroyed without delay once the retention period ends or the purpose has been achieved.
Electronic files are deleted so they cannot be recovered; printed material is shredded or incinerated.
7. Your rights
You may ask at any time to access, correct, delete or stop the processing of your personal information.
Send requests by phone or email to the privacy officer below; we will act on them without delay.
8. Security measures
- Access limited to the minimum number of staff
- Encrypted transmission (HTTPS)
- Managed administrator access and access logs
- Automatic deletion of send and access logs after their retention period

12. Changes to this policy
This policy applies from 22 September 2026. Any changes will be announced on the website at least 7 days before they take effect.
